Lenticular Mirror is an interactive, site-responsive, and ephemeral artwork which displays two images reflected onto the same surface. This phenomena is possible through the lenticular effect which uses perspective to reveal and hide two sides of a 3D sign. The demonstrates how an image can appear and disappear as a viewer walks past.
The artwork produces a unique visual effect of two images ‘spliced’ together. This inspires movement and discovery in order to decipher its illusion. Importantly, it creates a memory of Eden Gardens and being immersed in nature.
